Online Booking System
Use the "Book Now" button above to make a massage appointment online. It is easy and convenient for you to use at anytime. This is the fastest way to check my availability and allows you to book in your appointment instantly. I do not answer my phone when I'm with a client, so can only return phone calls after they have left. This makes the online booking system the most time efficient way to book your appointment. If the booking system is not working for any reason, feel free to text or call me with your preferred appointment time and I'll book it in for you.
Instructions for use:
1. click "Schedule an Appointment"
2. Select Your Service: eg. "Remedial Massage - 60 mins" then click "Next Step"
3. Select Date and Time: (a calendar will be shown for you to select an available date and time) then "click "Next Step"
4. Enter Your Contact Details: (first name, last name, phone number and email address) then click "Next Step"
5. Check Your information and then click "Book Appointment"
6. A Booking Confirmation email will be sent to you.
7. A Reminder email will also be sent to you 4 hours beforehand.
If for any reason you need to Cancel your Appointment, the Booking Confirmation email will contain a link ("click here"), this will take you back into the booking system. Then click the "Cancel Appointment" button to confirm. This link is available up until 3 hours prior to your booking. Alternatively, just call or text me to advise.
I allocate 15 minutes extra to each massage appointment to allow time for initial client consultation, changing and payment. Please arrive at your appointment time (not earlier).
Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is cancelled or changed without a minimum of 3 hours notice a $100 "Cancellation Fee" will be payable. "No Shows", those that don't show up for their appointment time, will be charged $100 or forfeit their gift voucher. The online booking system will send you a confirmation email and then a reminder email 4 hours beforehand. Please call or text me asap if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellation Fee payments can be made via Paypal on the Buy Online page.
Please be respectful of my time so that I don't have to enforce this policy. As a sole trader I do not earn income if I am not massaging. The booking time is set aside just for you.
