All gift certificates will have 3 years validity from date of purchase. If ordering online you will receive a pdf gift certificate and brochure by email within hours. Please advise in the notes (or contact me on my mobile) if you prefer a paper gift certificate to be posted (takes 2 days) or collected from the Clinic. Gift certificates may be purchased online or over the phone. The gift certificate will only display the service, eg. 60 minute massage, not the cost. The electronic gift certificate will be emailed directly to you (the buyer) so please leave the correct contact details (email and mobile phone number) when purchasing the gift certificate, as if there is an issue, I will be contacting you, to resolve it. If requested I can write in the "To" and "From" fields of the gift certificate and add any other special wording you would like. This way, you simply forward on the email to the recipient with your own email wording, or print out the gift certificate and brochure. The recipient does not need to bring the gift certificate, they can just quote the number when they come in for their massage.
